Fish Feasts to Fast With, Part 2

Awww... Fish Sticks... Again?
Nope! Thanks To Tassleberry Farm

Moms Tassleberry knows how to keep a promise.
During the Christian season of Lent, Moms vowed she'd help out harried homemakers with easy-to-prepare, always healthy Fish Fridays recipes.

This week Moms suggests you broil some tuna steaks using two fabulous Tassleberry Farm products. Check this page each Thursday for that week's suggestion.
The recipe below employs both Tassleberry Farm Strawberry Marinade and Strawberry & Sweet Corn Salsa in its preparation.
Perfect with seafood, our marinade combines sweet strawberries and tangy strawberry vinegar with savory onions and seasonings and was named "Best BBQ Sauce" by the online journal The Nibble.
Our salsa is a tasty all-natural mixture of our farm-grown sweet corn and strawberry vinegar added to fresh peppers, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, salt and sugar. It comes mild or hot, according to taste.

Low in cholesterol, fat and calories (just 4-5 per tablespoon), salsa is high in vitamins A, B6 and C and proves itself a good source of iron, magnesium and potassium and beta carotene.
Our salsa is also available in blueberry flavor, mild or hot.
Strawberries are high in antioxidants and vitamin C, provide some dietary fiber, and are known to fight heart disease and provide a number of vitamins and minerals that support overall health.
Tuna is low in calories and chock full of Omega-3 fatty acids, an essential nutrient for good health. It battles heart disease, diabetes, some cancers and arthritis, prevents blood clots and soothes inflammations.
